I can soooo relate! My story exactly. Exercise is not my problem, however I love food, and portion control has always been a big issue. Do you keep a food journal? I have for years. It's the only thing that keeps me accountable. I try to stay with a certain calorie/fat/carb zone. Also, allow yourself a cheat meal each week. If you have a craving, tuck it back for that allotted time. That helps.

Hi Elizabeth,

Look at your weight chart! It just keeps going down and down! You're going to be at your goal before you know it! Keep it up! How was that facial? I haven't gone for one in years but I do have a 1 hour massage today that I am really looking forward to!
